Health worker, 24, claims she was set upon by two girls in Players Bar. A pretty clubber has told how her night out on Broad Street ended with a black eye after she was allegedly set upon by two girls. The petite year-old, who does not want to be named for fear of reprisals, claims to have been attacked inside Players Bar while out with friends last Saturday. The trainee healthcare assistant spoke out as police investigated a pre-Christmas dancefloor assault at a nearby Broad Street nightspot, Walkabout.
In that unconnected attack a year-old girl was allegedly dragged across the floor and punched to the head by another woman, suffering an eye injury. The 5ft tall health worker, from West Bromwich, was set to make a statement to police about her ordeal.

Meanwhile, officers yesterday released an image of three clubbers as they investigated the unconnected Walkabout assault, which left the victim with a cut eye. Police want to question one woman pictured on the left of the photo.
